The Slovenian government, represented by the European procurement organization OCCAR, and ARTEC, a consortium of Krauss-Maffei Wegmann (KMW) and Rheinmetall, have signed a contract for the delivery of 45 BOXER wheeled vehicles in four different variants.

EuroTrophy GmbH, a new German-based company for the marketing, sales and production of the advanced Active Protection System (APS) for wheeled and tracked armored vehicles “Trophy” was incorporated on March 28th by Krauss-Maffei Wegmann (KMW), General Dynamics European Land Systems (GDELS) and Rafael Advanced Defense Systems (Rafael).

Krauss-Maffei Wegmann (KMW), Rafael Advanced Defense Systems (Rafael) and General Dynamics European Land Systems (GDELS) announced today that they have signed an agreement to form a joint venture company under the name of EuroTrophy. 

Krauss-Maffei Wegmann (KMW) has symbolically handed over the first of a total of six LEOPARD 2-based LEGUAN bridge laying systems to high-ranking representatives of the Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency (NDMA) during a roll-out ceremony.

Krauss-Maffei Wegmann (KMW), the German systems supplier for battle tanks and combat systems, and Defenture, the Dutch manufacturer of special-purpose vehicles, intend to enter into close strategic cooperation. A letter of intent (LoI) has already been signed by both companies.

Projekt System & Management GmbH (PSM), a joint venture of Krauss-Maffei Wegmann (KMW) and Rheinmetall, has signed a contract with the German Federal Office of Bundeswehr Equipment (BAAINBw) to retrofit 154 PUMA infantry fighting vehicles in service with the Bundeswehr.
